When I heard this tune on the double CD set The Hammons Family it struck me as a unique fiddled version of Lost Indian. This is the fourth distinct tune I've learned with the same title and, really, I like them all. Mose Coffman was a good friend of the Hammons and was praised by Dwight Diller for his love of the music and his affinity for teaching.

Thanks, Ken and Doug. This tune surprised me -- the last track of the double CD set. If you're looking for gems, keep hunting till you find one!
