After reading Pat's enthusiastic comments I quickly listened to the Hargreaves, Trippe and Takarazuka versions, and was surprised that your version sounded quite different. I then listened to Chapman's version but not slowed down as you suggested. Yours is quite a divergent interpretation, but I like it too.

I agree, good observation, Rick. I appreciate your attention to detail, scientist that you are. I slowed Snake’s way down and played along with it. He played at 125BMP—really fast. I slowed the tricky part to 25% of that!

Almost a dream-like vibe, Janet... (versus the "stinging" title)... a child musing, as she plays .... (:->)

A very fine job of picking, Janet, with a nice mystical quality to it. After listening to the YouTube versions, I downloaded the Chapman version, too, and when I slowed the whole thing down, I heard that C in there, very unexpected. I really like where you went with that.

Thank you, Ken and Don. It may be mystical and childlike in the musing about a fire-breathing dragon-bee chasing a fearful banjoist . The knight in shining armor would be a mandolinist who kills the fierce invading enemy.
