For the old-time Tune of the Week, 11-16-18, Kentucky Winder is a crooked tune from John Salyer. A winder may be a kind of a dance, but not much is known about it. Kentucky tunes like this are often mysteriously pleasing.

Having never heard the tune until now, I can’t imagine the original being any better. Beautifully played ma’am. Btw, your statement about KY music is just what my wife says about me her ‘Tucky hubby...”mysteriously pleasing”...unless she’s mad at me.
