This is my first MP3 Upload. This is one of the exercises I run through when I am warming up. It is an alternating thumb roll and a Forward/Reverse roll picked through a G, C, D, and Em.

Ron: Sounds great and what good practice for warming up. Sounds like you have the rolls down pat. Lots of repetition and you'll be well on your way. Have you learned any tunes yet?
