Great job on a really nice old tune. I learned this tune, I forget where, with four parts. The two you start off with here are followed by two more major sounding parts up the neck, then it repeats the B part. This is more straightforward, and probably a lot more jam friendly. I'm gonna have to scratch my head and put some more thought into figuring this one.
A few months ago, there was a long thread arguing about whether the correct name of the tune was Fall of Richmond or Falls of Richmond. Somebody said there ain't no falls at Richmond, at which point a couple of canoeists came on and said yes there are! You just gotta love the Hangout.
