Hi 10 Gauge, After listening to some of your MP3s I would say that you are doing very well for a novice and have the potential of being an above average banjo picker pretty soon. I would suggest that you give a lot of attention to rhythm. It's not a banjo thing at all but if you focus there you will make a lot of progress on the banjo. In other words, it's all in the right hand. Keep on picking. Cheers Richard Dress
