More About Me

I have been playing banjo for almost 60 years and got hear and meet some of the great older players. As a child I studied piano, clarinet and drums. As an adult I was fortunate to take both classic banjo and classical mandolin lessons from an elder generation. I played and traveled with The Skirtlifters for 30 years and now perform with the Ozark Highballers, the Carousel Orchestra and First Line jazz band. I teach 5-string banjo, fiddle, mandolin and parlor guitar.
