The dowelstick wedge and distinctive 12th-fret inlay look familiar but I can't remember the maker.
Somebody will.
The banjo was built by Lange. It may have been sold by multiple retailers; I'm not sure. C. Bruno & Son sold it as their model 200, complete with "nickel-plated heavy metal brace from stick to neck".
