	Clodhopper says: 3/25/2011 10:29:38 AM Kevin, Sorry for your loss. We lost our tri color aussie "Banjo" in the road last November (a day that will live in infamy) and are still heartbroken. We ended up finding a red merle female at the local pound, but had to take her back because she was unsafe with children. We are going to look at a red merle male this week who was returned to the breeder because the couple split up and couldn't keep him. Sounds like a great dog and is almost the exact same age as Banjo would be.

We lost our Aussie Merle to cancer very quickly... less than a month after diagnosis, a few days before my birthday. It bothered me more than I expected. Our dogs are part of our family, not just animals we own. Our new Aussie Taffy shows up in some of the videos I've posted (her tail, mostly which not all Aussies have... Merle had a tail too) because she's always with me when I'm playing, recording or not! Good luck with your new pup search. Thanks for your comment. Post a picture of the newbie.
