This evening my wife was more irritating than usual. I was in the dining room twanging away to myself when I heard the television volume being raised considerably in the lounge, then the door got slammed. When the adverts came on, my wife came into the dining room to tell me that I'd been practicing the same tune for 20 minutes, I sounded rubbish and that she was having difficulty in watching "big brother" on the television. I have 6 banjo hanging on the wall plus the one I was playing and I love them all, but my question is.......which one do I sacrifice to smack her around the head with.......

Crank out some Organ Music, turn the AMP up on the electric guitar before you pick out a few Boogie Woogies,.....................THEN, paly your Banjos as loud as you want, as "I've Come From Alabama, With A Banjo On My Knee,",...........and your wife will immidietly take a liking to your un-amplified "quiet" Banjo playing!! :-D Gotta let her know who's Boss, before you order that next new Banjo that should sound better then the ones you already have on the wall. Just start another wall..
