Next Banjo Club Meet - Tuesday 26 July

The next Banjo Club meet is scheduled for Tuesday 26 July at the usual Red Lion Ossett venue from 8.00pm onwards. More than one person has remarked that Banjo Club is the most fun a banjo fan can have whilst fully clothed and holding a banjo – so definitely worth a visit for any Yorkshire pickers out there or anyone with a hearing impediment who just fancies a pint

	Lonesome Len says: 7/23/2011 11:05:04 AM Not sure about Beer Junky but I was going to have a crack at a version of Wildwood Flower using a mix of melodic and chord positions. Then if the crowd want more I was going to wow them with Little Maggie incorporating an up the neck solo you taught me. Next I was thinking of bringing them back gently from this interstellar journey with Coming Round the Mountain and landing with Lonesome Road Blues. The perfect set I think you'll agree.......:)
