A friend will be emigrating from the United States.  She gave me her banjo saying, I want to give it to someone who will actually play it.  So I took it carefully, had it restrung, got it cleaned up, and now when I am playing it, I feel her with me. It's a tangible feeling. I believe we will remain closer than I feared.
