I am a banjo enthusiast. I love to play the banjo, mostly in bluegrass and plectrum style. I feel that these two styles give a longer / extended musical range than the tenor banjo does. I studied music and tabliture while learning bluegrass banjo for 2-5 years. I have just started learning the plectrum banjo style and am also re-learning the music basics and some advanced theory. I own and am interested in playing the guitar also, eventhough, I don't have any real experience playing the guitar. I like the idea of getting together with one or more people to play and learn, however, I don't feel that I'd be a valuable contribution to a group at this time.
