I began playing the banjo in 1999. Before taking up the banjo, I played bottleneck blues guitar. I play mostly clawhammer and plectrum styles, but occasionally I play 3 finger style too. I am in a band called The Woodbox Gang. We call our style of music Trashcan Americana. Come to one of our shows, you'll probably like it!
