i am completely new to banjos
i have a german weltton banjo its a small 4 string c tuning one the head shows nuts at the top not hooks . the head ( skin ) is not flat it's lower by 1/4" at the neck side and i'm wondering how do i get it flat . Do i have to take the head off ,... or can it be adjusted at the rim with those nuts ?
i dont want to break anything ? any advise welcolmethanks
