I have just retired after 32 years with the State of Maryland. I am just starting to pick up the banjo again after a lengthy bout with arthritis took away what minimal skill I had. I am really interested in how other "old farts" like me have coped with this problem. I don't mind a little pain, but it seems like my fingers sort of "stick" and hesitate to bend. HELP!!
