40 odd years playing bass and or guitar in pop, rock & blues bands. One morning I woke up and thought. "I want to have a go at bluegrass banjo". Don't know where that came from. Always admired Scruggs style playing but never took more than a passing interest. My wife bought me a £60 ($120) banjo for Christmas. I can't put it down. Brilliant. Really has taken me by surprise. Very rewarding and a really fantastic sound. Now I wan't a Gibson !.
