When I started playing 5-string banjo I bought a Gold Tone cc 100R it was a pretty solid banjo, I sold it probably 3 or more years ago, but I just got it back, traded an old fiddle to the guy for it. I remember why I like this thing, it a real good banjo for the price. I`ve taken off the resonator and am gonna use it to explore some Claw. Happy pickin`

Started playing guitar at age 11, released a full length cd with Vancouver alt/hard rock band "Opium Underground" as well as 2 videos on Canadas music station "Much Music" Released full length cd with Winnipeg old school country band "After All These Years" Started playing a tenor banjo with a pick, then a 2 finger style, but quickly realised this was not the sound I was looking for and bought a 5-string and started playing 3 finger scruggs style.
