I was born in 1957 and grew up in Hilton, Va. I started learning to play guitar when I was about 10 yrs. old. I started learning banjo when I eas about 13 or 14. Played bluegrass music with the McMurray Bros. for a long time. The Lord Jesus saved my soul in 1980 and I have been playing gospel music since then. I love bluegrass gospel music and I enjoy playing instumentals. I now play guitar, banjo, mandolin and bass. I build handcrafted mandolins. I have built 35 mandolins, 3 banjos, and 4 guitars. It is a labor of love!!!
