Musician of nearly 30 years now. Grew up listening to bluegrass as my father was a wonderful picker/singer/songwriter in his day, and their band would rehearse in our home. In addition, my Great Uncle "Smokey Pleacher" was a country music musician and cut up in the golden era of Country music having played the Grand Ole Opry and The Wheeling Jamboree with the likes of Jean Shepherd, Hawkshaw Hawkins, Doc Williams, and Lonzo and Oscar just to name a few. Music runs rampant on both sides of my family, so I get it honest. I ran the gamut of style, song and instrument until after many years of the late night bar scene I came back to my roots. I put down the Les Paul and picked up the banjo and never looked back. Currently playing with a bluegrass band called Mama Corn out of Blair county Pennsylvania.
