Sorry I haven't been very active here. One of the things keeping me busy was building this acoustic-electric tenor guitar for the TDPRI 2011 Build Challenge. I had never played one or even thought about them until I bought my banjo. Everywhere I looked for tab, I kept finding tenor banjo tab, along with a reminder that tenor guitars replaced them and were tuned the same. Being a builder and active member at TDPRI (yes, my name is Bill, I last played a Tele two days ago......lol) that started wheels turning..........lol. I quickly took an old guitar and strung it up that way and started playing the tab. Wow, something old that was something new :-). When the yearly Build Challenge rolled around I had a plan. No, I didn't win the Challenge, but I did win/build a new and unique instrument. I hope you like it...............
