I arrived at our bluegrass jam this past Tuesday. as usual. I have been attending this jam for over 8 years! On arrival I was told there was to be no jam, as IBMA had advised the owners of the bar-b-que restaurant, that they must pay several hundred dollars, or they would be taken to court. Of course the restaurant told us we could no longer hold our jam there. Can anyone tell me how this action supports the continuance of Bluegrass music?
