I've played in several regional bluegrass bands over the years, like to pick, like traditional mostly, been playing bluegrass since the seventies . -Always trying to learn old songs, new backup. -Always looking for a bluegrass fiddler or any BG pickers in the Omaha area. -Looking for festivals in 500 mile radius of Omaha. -Always listening to XM bluegrass, cd's, any bluegrass. -Have written some instrumentals, one is a theme song for a long running series on Iowa Public TV (Old Time Country music). -I've subscribed to BU for 30 years , and like to talk about BG. -BU once reviewed one of my originals and called it 'diamond on black velvet' . I love bluegrass and grew up in Aloca Tn, in the fifties listening to the Cas Walker shows on tv at night. Live bluegrass bands would often perform.
