Hello Banjoists,
Well I am brand spanking new into this. Already a musician on other things but seem to have a flair for banjo. I have only just found this out.
I have fallen for this ere Clawhammering technique which I think is as near to old time country one can get.
Was just wondering are there any of you with the same bent in the UK and near Salisbury preferably?
Well because I have just joined I have a whacking ZERO rating, no friends, no blogs, a total raw recruit !!!....just give me the rope now and I'll get on with it AHHHHHH.

Oh yes and I have just got me a Gold tone CC 110 Old Time banjo as I have been told they are a good starting model.
Crikey how much is a good one gonna cost?...I suspect they are like old fiddles which go for..........the skies the limit I spose.
