I learned this tune from Bren Freeds Lessons. I recorded this with my Cox Crown Banjo with my 2 buddies Mike Lorenzo on Washtub Bass and Greg Bjork on Mandolin. Mike and I also added guitar tracks. Rhythm is from the Roland Boss Recording Mini Studio we used for the recording.

Our version of this time honored beginners song. First song I learned. Recorded it 6 months after I started playing banjo. It was the first song in Ben Freeds lesson book. I added the stops just for fun and to practice us playing together.

I know its slow, the same as all my songs were when I recorded them a few months after I started. I play faster now, but I'm not sure if I play any better.
