I used to own this. It is a double neck-double headed-fretless banjo-both necks 5-string. I bought it for $75 for a lady in Waxahachie, Texas. It was her grandfathers who had brought it from Tenn. I've only seen one other like it. That one was in the Roy Acuff museum in Nashville right near the Ryman back about 1970. I traded off for a sealed new copy of the Tsumura book "A Thousand And One Banjos". Sometimes I wonder if I made a good trade or not. Oh Well
