I made this banjo just for fun. I had the rim in a turning-lathe for perfect fit. 5-star tunig pegs and a Frank Neat bridge. Sound different from my 1990 Gibson E.S. and like them both. I got an unplated Crowe ring from Blaylock in the Gibson. How does it sound? Visit me and you will try it yourself!
