This bridge is the higher one the 5/8 size right?

This is a Bart bridge made for clawhammer style of playing. It is a 5/8 bridge but the 5th string is 1/16 higher than the rest.

is the action higher then on your banjo in comparison with the old Deering bridge that came with the banjo?
