Fellow had a bowel problem.
Whenever he passed gas, it was almost as loud as a Japanese motorcycle.
Went to a proctologist, who examined him, and the doctor sent him to a DENTIST.
Dentist discovered the man had a bad abscess under one of his molars.
Cured that, problem solved.
Apparently, the old saying is true:
"Abscess makes the fart go Honda!"
