Only one died naturally, which was Jane Seymour (wife #3) who died in childbirth after giving birth to the only legitimate son of the king. 

Two were beheaded, Anne Boleyn (wife #2) and Katherine Howard (wife #5).

His first wife, who was previously married to his brother but never consummated the marriage, Catherine of Aragon, died a slow death by poison and it was never discovered who it was that was poisoning her.
